Delivery and returns

Delivery

• We deliver to UK addresses only.
• £3.95 per order, however many pieces. Free on orders over £50.00.
• Posted within 2 working days with Royal Mail, Evri or InPost (you choose when you pay). We email you the tracking number when it's on its way.

Changed your mind? 14 days to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. No need to say why.

• Email orders@prelovedsilk.co.uk with your name and what you're returning. We'll reply with where to send it.
• Send it back within 14 days of telling us.
• You pay the return postage, so please use a tracked service and keep the proof of postage.
• We refund the price, and the original delivery charge if you return the whole order, within 14 days of getting it back (or of your proof of postage, if sooner). The refund goes to the card or wallet you paid with.
• Please send it back as you received it. We can take off the cost of any damage from handling it more than you'd need to in a shop.

Faulty or not as described?

Every piece is preloved and photographed as it is, with any marks described. If something arrives faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days with a photo: we'll pay the return postage and refund you in full. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
