Who you're buying from

Preloved Silk is run by secondhandchic, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Our email and postal address are on the contact page.

The pieces

Everything we sell is preloved and one of a kind. We describe each piece honestly, give its composition from the label (or say when there isn't one), and photograph it as it is, including any marks or wear. Colours can look a little different on different screens.

Prices and paying

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is added at the basket and shown before you pay. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe; we never see your card details.

Your order

Your order is accepted when your payment goes through, and Stripe emails your receipt. Our pieces are also offered elsewhere, so very rarely one sells somewhere else at the same moment. If that happens we'll email you straight away and refund it in full.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. If something goes wrong, email orders@prelovedsilk.co.uk and we'll put it right. These terms are under the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
